SMS Program Terms. Swift Response AI sends non-marketing texts (replies, scheduling, confirmations, reminders) to people who tick our non-marketing SMS box, and occasional marketing texts only to people who also tick the separate marketing box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; we confirm by text. Reply HELP for help or email terry@swiftresponseai.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older to opt in.
What you'll get, and how you sign up
Text messaging (SMS). If you tick the non-marketing SMS box on one of our forms, Swift Response AI (Niko Capital LLC) may text you about your request: replies to your questions, call-back notices, scheduling, booking confirmations, reminders and rescheduling. If you also tick the separate marketing box, we may send occasional tips, follow-ups about our services and offers. Both boxes are optional and neither is a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email terry@swiftresponseai.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The two boxes are on our application form at swiftresponseai.com/apply/roofing/. Both start unticked. You can send your application without ticking either one.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
