Call it yourself. Try to rattle her.
The demo line opens soon. We're moving it onto the same voice platform we build for clients, so what you hear is what you'd get. The number goes on this page the day it answers as Heartland Ridge Roofing.
It answers as Heartland Ridge Roofing, a made-up Dallas-area roofing company we built so you can hear one working before you ever talk to us. The receptionist's name is Jenna. She tells you up front that she's an AI and that the call is recorded.
What to try
- Ask for a quote on a 30-square roof
- Say you've got hail damage and you're out of town till Monday
- Ask for Saturday at 7am
- Ask if it's a robot. Jenna already told you at hello, and she'll say it again.
Call at 9pm. Call on a Sunday. That's the point.
What it can and can't do
Can
- Book an inspection on a real calendar
- Check your address against a service area
- Take a message for an existing customer
- Tell you it's an AI. It says so at the start of every call, and again if you ask.
- Hand off to a person for anything urgent
Can't, on purpose
- Quote prices it wasn't given
- Promise anything about insurance
- Argue with a customer, or pretend to be human
How yours would be different
Yours answers in your company's name, is built from your own office's calls, knows your service area and your rules, and books on your calendar. This one's generic on purpose.
What happens to your number
Nothing. We won't call or text you because you called.
Calls are recorded so we can improve the demo.
