AccuLynx automation: every lead and booked inspection in, estimate status out

Built on the AccuLynx API. No Zapier chain waiting to break the day a field changes.

What goes in

Every new lead lands in AccuLynx with the contact, the job, where it came from and a short summary of the call. Booked inspections go in with the date and time. Notes from the receptionist go on the record, so your rep walks up to the door knowing it's a hail call on a 2-story.

That covers leads from the phone, your web forms, and Facebook and Google lead forms.

Your reps don't update AccuLynx. Now they don't have to type the lead in either.

What comes back out

Estimate status. That's the piece most setups skip, and it's the one that makes follow-up work. The follow-up engine reads which estimates are still unsigned and only chases those.

When a job's marked won or lost in AccuLynx, its follow-up stops. Nobody gets a "still thinking about it?" email the day after they signed.

What we've built before

We've built an AccuLynx lead push for a roofing client before. Yours gets tested on your own account during the build, and the job-system push is a line on your checklist: a test lead and a booked inspection have to show up in AccuLynx.

What you give us: an admin user or an API key, sent through a one-time secret link. Never by plain email.

Questions about this part

Do I need a special AccuLynx plan?

You need API access on your AccuLynx account. We check yours before you pay. If it isn't available on your plan, you hear that from us before any money changes hands.

Does my office have to change how it works?

No. Your office keeps working in AccuLynx the way it does now. The leads and inspections just show up there without anyone typing them.

What if AccuLynx changes its API?

Care plans cover vendor changes like that. Without Care, we fix it and bill it by the hour.
