An AI receptionist for your roofing company, built from your own calls
It picks up whenever Jen can't, nights and Saturdays included, and books the inspection on your calendar in your company's name.

Most of the calls it takes look like this one. Somebody had hail come through on Saturday, it's after nine, and your office went home at five.
Existing customers. "When's my crew coming?" isn't a new lead, so it doesn't get treated like one. The receptionist takes the message and sends it to your office by Slack or email, and Jen sees it first thing.
Emergencies. A tarp blew off and water's coming through the ceiling. That call goes straight to your on-call number. You decide what counts as urgent.
Out of area. It checks the address against the ZIP codes you serve. Out-of-area callers get a polite "we don't cover that area," and nobody drives two hours for nothing.
It opens every call by saying it's the company's AI assistant and that the call is recorded. If somebody asks again whether it's a person, it says no.
A homeowner calls about hail damage. Jen went home at five.
Answered on the second ring, in your company's name.
Address checked against your service area. Out-of-area callers get a polite "we don't cover that area."
Inspection booked: Thursday, 8:00 AM, on your calendar.
Lead filed in your CRM with a summary of the call.
Your phone buzzes: "New inspection booked. Thu 8:00 AM. Hail, 2-story."
Your rep inspects. Estimate goes out at 4:30. Not signed.
Follow-up #1 goes out. Then day 3, day 7, day 14. It stops the second they reply.

Built from your own office's calls
Before it answers a single customer, we build it from 20 or more recordings of your office's calls. CallRail and most phone systems keep them. No recordings? Your office manager does five short role-play calls with Mary at kickoff: a new hail lead, an existing customer, a price shopper, a Saturday call and a wrong number.
From those calls we pull how your office greets people, what it asks before it books, and the things it never promises on the phone. Prices before a rep's seen the roof. Anything about what insurance will pay.
Most of them sound like a parking garage. This one sounds like your office because it learned from your office.
How you hear it before your customers do
Before go-live we run 10 scripted test calls and record every one. You get the recordings and the transcripts, the Recorded Test Call Pack, and you listen before a single homeowner does.
It's a line on your checklist: right path every time, recording notice played, summary to you in under 2 minutes. If that line doesn't pass within 14 days of kickoff, you get your money back.
Straight truth, though. It'll get some calls wrong in month one. That's what the 90-Day Re-Train is for: send the call to Mary and we fix it within two business days, free, as many times as it takes.

Questions about this part
Does it answer every call, or only after hours?
Your call. Most shops have it pick up when nobody in the office answers within a few rings, plus every call after hours and on weekends. Jen keeps every call she wants.
What does it cost to run?
About $57 a month for roughly 300 voice minutes and the number, paid to Bland in your company's name. That's part of the about-$200 a month in usage. Busy shops use more minutes, and you'll see it on your monthly one-page.
Can it quote prices?
Only what you give it. Most roofers have it book the inspection and leave the number to the rep who's seen the roof. That's what we'd set up unless you tell us otherwise.
This piece comes built and tested with the rest of the system, inside your own accounts. One-time builds from $5,000. The Owned Roofing Office is $9,500, or $7,500 for our first five roofing builds.
We're moving our demo receptionist onto the same voice platform we build for clients, so what you hear is what you'd get. The number goes up here the day it answers as Heartland Ridge Roofing. What you'll be able to try →
