New leads land in JobNimbus with the contact, the job, the source and a short summary of the call. Booked inspections go in with the date and time. Phone calls, web forms, Facebook and Google lead forms all end up in the same place.
Your office stops copying leads from an email into JobNimbus at 8 in the morning. They're already there.
What comes back out
Estimate status. The follow-up engine reads which estimates haven't signed and follows up on day 1, 3, 7 and 14. When a job moves to won or lost, the follow-up stops.
Straight truth on where we are with JobNimbus
Our JobNimbus write connector is newer than our AccuLynx one. We test it on your account during the build and it's a line on your checklist. If the test lead and booked inspection don't show up in JobNimbus within 14 days of kickoff, that line fails, and you get your money back.
What you give us: an admin user or an API key, sent through a one-time secret link.

Do I need a special JobNimbus plan?
You need API access on your JobNimbus account. We check yours before you pay, and if it isn't there you hear it from us first.
Does my office have to change how it works?
No. Your office keeps working in JobNimbus the way it does now. The leads and inspections just show up there without anyone typing them.
What if JobNimbus changes its API?
Care plans cover vendor changes like that. Without Care, we fix it and bill it by the hour.
