Last year's dead estimates, one more honest ask
Unsold Estimate Rescue works your last 12 months of unsigned estimates this winter. Past-Customer Wake-Up asks your old customers for reviews and referrals.

We take every unsigned estimate and dead lead from your last 12 months and send each one three honest emails over the winter. Texts go only to people with documented consent. The list gets scrubbed against do-not-call before anything goes out.
We run a dry run first, and you see exactly who'd get what. It's on your checklist: zero texts to anyone without documented consent. Replies come straight to you.
It goes after money that's already sitting in your CRM.
Past-Customer Wake-Up
Your past customers are the people most likely to leave you a review and send you a neighbor. Most of them were never asked. Past-Customer Wake-Up sends your old customer list a review ask and a referral ask, in your words.
When to buy it: after the review engine's been running on new jobs for a few weeks. We'll bring it up then, and not before.
What we won't do
No AI cold calls to old leads. Since February 2024 the FCC treats AI voices on calls like robocalls, so they need the person's prior consent, and an old estimate isn't that. We don't text anybody who never agreed to texts either.
And no blasting the whole list in one afternoon. It's spaced out, it's short, and it stops when they answer.
Sometimes the best follow-up is one short line: "Are you still looking to replace your roof?"

Questions about this part
How many old estimates can it handle?
Your last 12 months, whatever that number is. We clean the list first: duplicates, bad emails and anyone who asked not to be contacted come out before anything goes out.
Will it spam my old customers?
Three emails over the winter, spaced out. Anyone who replies or unsubscribes is out right away.
When should I add Past-Customer Wake-Up?
Once the review engine has been running on new jobs for a few weeks. Then you know the ask works before you send it to a few hundred past customers.
This piece comes built and tested with the rest of the system, inside your own accounts. One-time builds from $5,000. The Owned Roofing Office is $9,500, or $7,500 for our first five roofing builds.
We're moving our demo receptionist onto the same voice platform we build for clients, so what you hear is what you'd get. The number goes up here the day it answers as Heartland Ridge Roofing. What you'll be able to try →
