HighLevel for roofing companies, set up in your own account
Our roofing setup, installed in a HighLevel account with your name and your card on it. You're the owner. We're users.

Pipelines and custom fields built for retail roofing. The hookup to your receptionist. A booking calendar for inspections. Follow-up and review workflows. Alerts to you and your office by email and Slack or Telegram.
Every workflow fires off a deliberate trigger, like a tag or a calendar event.
No workflow fires just because a contact was created. That's how most setups end up double-texting your leads.
Why it's in your account and not ours
A lot of agencies run every client out of their own HighLevel account. It's cheaper for them. It also means your phone number, your contacts and your workflows sit in somebody else's account.
When an agency's account lapses, its clients lose their texting numbers. We build so that can't happen to you.
If you already have HighLevel
We install into your existing account. First we look at what's already firing, because old automations stacked on top of new ones are where the duplicate texts come from. We turn off the duplicates, with your OK, and then install ours.

Questions about this part
Which HighLevel plan do I need?
Starter, about $97 a month, paid to HighLevel in your company's name. It's part of the about-$200 a month in usage.
Do I have to use HighLevel as my main CRM?
No. If your jobs live in AccuLynx or JobNimbus, they stay there. HighLevel runs the texting, the calendar and the workflows, and pushes into your job system.
What happens to my HighLevel if I stop working with you?
Nothing. It's your account. You get every login and a written handover within five business days, and we remove our users when you ask.
This piece comes built and tested with the rest of the system, inside your own accounts. One-time builds from $5,000. The Owned Roofing Office is $9,500, or $7,500 for our first five roofing builds.
We're moving our demo receptionist onto the same voice platform we build for clients, so what you hear is what you'd get. The number goes up here the day it answers as Heartland Ridge Roofing. What you'll be able to try →
